Product specific vouchers

Hi,Since most of our bookings include 3-4 tours + 3-4 hotels we need product specific vouchers.I have no problem getting these specific vouchers to appear in the booking, but they don´t appear in the attachment options when I want to send vouchers to customers from the system.Any ideas on how to solve this?Thanks,JakobSee More

"Hi Laura, Do check the field is Active (in Configuration & Setup > Extra booking data fields), if not just find it on the list, click Edit, tick the Active (turn on / off) box and save.  Paul"

"Hi Laura, You can create an extra booking field and put that token in your voucher rtf.  You will then have to add the information on tour leader (like phone number etc.) to the specific booking. That will work! Regards, Groet, Luit"

Hi There,I was wondering if it is possible to have a token for the full name of the tour leader and his phone number, in such way, that we only have to write down 1 time who the tour leader is, and that this info (full name and phone number) will be shown in emails/rtf templates, such as voucher to the client as well as for suppliers.I know it's possible for staff (but this is linked to the amount of users of tourcms) so would become a bit expensive if we want to add all our guides ;-)Anyone…See More

Hey,Hoping for some help here.95 % of all our customers are from Danmark and normally get 3 payment options:1. Payment in Denmark in DKK2. Payment to Thai bank in THB 3. Payment via Paypal in either DKK or THBSince it is easier many of our customers decide to pay in DKK.Therefore we need both currencies on the invoice.We always use fixed currency rate to make sure we do not suffer a loss on the exchange rate. PayPal payment link - fix for technical error

6th November 2011 - New release - Tweaks and improvements everywhere

Many changes in the last month or so have gone live. Again most of these have come from your feedback and requirements - please keep it coming.

10th April 2011 - New release - New payment gateways, new languages and tweaks everywhere

Wide ranging changes to TourCMS have been released recently. Here is a summary:

 

Booking engine

* 3 new languages - Chinese, Finnish, Danish

* 2 new payment gateways - Nets (Norway), Sparkassen-InternetKasse (Germany)

* Customer title now has a separate setting to name (yes, no, mandatory)

* Step 1 calendar can now be set to start on Sunday (rather than Monday). Ideal for US customers.
