Hotel Accomodations Setup

Hi all,

I am a new user to TourCMS, I am setting up a website that deals with selling hotels and tours to Costa Rica. I have been looking through the documentation to get an understanding of the system but I do have a question. I have setup a hotel accomodation under the "options", I've set the season prices for the year and setup the price table so it is bookable, I have also altered the setup so it is bookable online (though one thing that interested me when I go into setup I get a popup that says "noFormError"). After that I setup a dummy customer in the bookings and tried to book this accomodation, but the accomodation that I setup is not appearing.

I am asking this now as I have such a volume of hotels to put into the system, I don't want to get half way and find out that I have been doing this all wrong.
