Adding extra details to a tour 'extra'

Hi,

I'm looking into the possibility of adding an options to 'Weekend Tours' where customers can buy a t-shirt of jumper for the trip. ( like a 'England Trip November 2010' type of thing) Obvious the thought of adding a clothing to a trip...would need some sort of option for size.

Is there a way I can implement a size option in, for example a simple dropdown of Small, Medium and Large?

Thank you for this question

We are thinking about making a dropdown in the option table (step 2 booking engine) which the customer could select from.

Would that help? I think that would do it. It would append the name of the selected dropdown entry to the end of the option name... this would mean that in the reports / booking / documentation tokens the customer and you would see exactly what they had selected.

Yeah that would work. You would only need to see details of options so that you use the information later on. Theres no need for it to build a list inside the back end...you would just need a record of it 'somewhere'

I'm not sure I understand where you mean?

I can't see the dropdown option in the option setup withing an option.

The section is called "Questions".... potentially we should really have called it "answers"

If you go to option section, then option setup (for an individual option) it is about half way down the page.

But when entering a booking, once selected from the dropdown, where is this information stored and visible ? i cannot retrieve it...
