For users of the TourCMS tour operator ecommerce platform
Hello,
I have a question: there is an option "advanced note entry" under Docs & Comms tab where we can send emails to the client in the cms (and record these as notes), there is a possibility of adding attachments there. However, we can only attach documents from the cms (hotel list, etc.). Is there a possibility of attaching documents not from the cms? Just a document in your computer - maybe I did not notice it?

Not currently (unless you load that document as an RTF template first).
Currently what you would need to do is send the email from your own email client, although you could use a template to generate the email text and just copy and paste it into your email client.
