Hi Alex

Is there a way to see how much value there is for a future month for quotation, provisional and confirmed.

Is there also a way of looking at the number of enquirers/bookings we have each month.

I am trying guage how things are stacking up for this year as it looks like a massive slump for June and a reduction in session days in May.

Does the year on year chart help with that? (by start date?)
That certainly has revenue projections by different types of booking status - based on months.

If not, you can use the booking summary report - and run that for several months - and do a manual comparison. (manual meaning you would have to do the summs yourself, rather than the year on year chart, where you can see at a glance how things are progressing)

Have a look at the year on year charts now. New quotation report added.

Incidentally, I notice you have some quotations for historical travel dates - these probably should be either cancelled (and refunded) or confirmed (if they took place). Otherwise your analysis can get a bit messy. Also your operational reports (which tend to only report on confirmed bookings) can miss people.

Normally a quotation will only not expire (when historical) when you have taken money on the booking hence a member of staff needs to consider what to do with the money.

The other place that is good to see your outstanding quotations / provisional bookings is the quotes / provisional bookings tab on the bookings page.

That is ordered by expiry date.

Should be a useful page that (as long as you clear down your old bookings that are historical and should have expired)
Hi Alex, yes thanks, looks a bit scarey for us at the moment because we are behind on following up. Is good for that, with the other report on quotation I can now get a good feel for cashflow and staffing requirements for the future.
