For users of the TourCMS tour operator ecommerce platform
We're having an issue where some of our provisional bookings are automatically going to confirmed status. I've checked the settings and can't see what is causing this. Can someone help please?
Please send a booking ID to TourCMS support so we can look
Without looking, I guess that a travel agent is set to "trusted travel agent' - which puts bookings in confirmed straight away (e.g. a booking from a large online travel agent). There are other settings that can do it also, so send us a booking ID, and we can take a peek
hi Alex, I don't think any of the bookings were travel agent ones so I dont think thats it.
A few of the affected bookings are 29905, 29903 and 29845
