Child Rates for Options on Tours

Good Day,

I'm just trying specify child rates on options that are different from adult rates in tourcms.

From Homepage > Options > Dates & prices - I can't see where to add a Child rate. Nor can I see anything in the 'setup' area.

Any assistance would be most welcome.

If you do step 1 of a booking from here you will see that adult and child prices are coming up the same at present.

Hi Ben,

What you would need to do I think is create an Option for Adults and an Option for children.

If the main Tour the customer is booking has Adult/Child rates you can use that to filter which Options (and how many of each) get listed.

E.g. if the main Tour had a Child rate you could put "Child" in the Rate / Code filter box under the "Booking Engine" tab in "Setup" for the Option loaded for children.
