I am setting up my "contact us" page on my website, I have seen somewhere on the TourCMS pages that I can use the TourCMS software to do this an gather the enquiries I get using the TourCMS back office.
Can anyone tell me where i can find the info to do this, I have search but can't find anything.

Lots of information about enquiries on this page (and how to do exactly as you just suggested, put a form on your website that is a "contact us" form, which creates an enquiry in the TourCMS system)

There's also a downloadable sample here that works via AJAX (so no page reload on submit):
