Copy a whole booking

Hi Alex,

I think it really would be nice if you can add a copy whole booking function. We mostly have tailor made bookings, but many of them are pretty much identical except of course for the periods and if would really save us a lot of time if we could copy a whole booking just editing dates and names.

Hi Jakob,

If it is a tour that you use very regularly, how about just setting it up as a new tour in its own right. You can add the pricing and options to it that are normally included. (perhaps setting options as being included by default so they appear straight away).

You would also then be able to easily report on bookings and sales of that specific tour.

Thank you for the feedback. I understand what you mean, but it would in our case unfortunately not be possible to do as you suggest as the bookings most of the time include transfers car / train / bus (where the vehicle / routings are already set up as options) as well as tours, hotels etc that we also sell individually.

Its tough to copy a booking because a booking holds availability. So you can't copy a hotel booking for example, if you have already allocated a room.....
