Can someone tell me where to find the 'Customer URL switch'?
Many thanks,
Richard

Not quite sure what you mean by customer URL switch - so send us an email to support@tourcms.com and we can talk about it
Since this post thread we *DO* now have an API that enables all sorts of customer login examples to be built - depending upon specific requirements of the tour operator (e.g. perhaps to answer questions or for customers to check details of the booking)
best wishes
Alex

I was using the terminology in the post. No worries I found it with a little searching under:
Homepage > website manager > Step 1 - Select your product
At the bottom of this page there is an area called 'Agent / Customer login'
Also...do you have any highly reccommended developers? My guys are ok...but are a bit lost with tour CMS. I could really use someone who knows the system well and can integrate with my website.
Thanks,
Richard

For customer login - yes - you can add a simple existing customer login to the start of the booking engine - that works "out of the box".
Or more complex scenarios can be handled by building on the API.
Agent login - again - there is a simple agent login at start of booking engine OR use the main agent login (which enables agents to see bookings, commission earnt etc etc - much more powerful)
Re developers - send us an email (support@tourcms.com) and lets talk!
Thanks. Alex
