Deposit Token for Agents

Hello,

Is there a token for 'deposit due' for Agent bookings (minus the agent commission). I know it automatically calculates for the full balance but it shows the wrong deposit amount in the booking....it still shows a percentage of the full cost.

I can give you an example if you want to have a look.

Certainly there is logic that the deposit is never larger than the balance, so that is OK

Can't you ask your agents to pay the normal deposit value? (I presume not from your question!)

The *BIGGER* question isn't around the token but around the value - in order for us to do the correct cash flow projections for you - it is the value that needs to be right - not a new token.

Can you give me a worked example in these forums of how you work out the deposit minus the commission....

Hi Alex,

We offer agents 10% commission for each booking and then we ask for a 20% deposit from them. If you want to see a live quote there is one on 50011 - Linda Ross. The deposit still shows 20% of the total sales, not the balance minus the commission.

Right, so if I get this, the deposit should be 20% of the balance minus the commission. Rather than 20% of the total, and then subtract the commission!
