For users of the TourCMS tour operator ecommerce platform
I am pretty sure Tourcms can do this but before I start digging has anyone got Tourcms set up like this
1. Customer enquires = office rep replies with details and sets follow up dates
2. 1 week later customer gets auto email from tourcms that is relevant to the product the service they enquired about
3. 3 weeks later a further auto email goes out asking if they are still interested in product service etc
This goes on until you get a yes or no from the customer. We currently do the above but manually using workflow and would like to automate more

We have chasers that you can setup on bookings (quotes/ provisional bookings too) - but not on enquiries. When you do this manually at the moment - are you using TourCMS enquiry functionality or the bookings for this?
I think we have plans to add more chasers on enquiries - and also so that if the customer replies - their reply is automatically put back onto the records - so it closes that circle.... would that be helpful?
