For users of the TourCMS tour operator ecommerce platform

Hi guys,
In reports, Enquiries export, would it be possible to firstly:
- have address details appear in 2 columns if there are two lines in the customer file separated by a carriage return.
- have the country actually appear in its full word form, rather than a code.
I mail merge this list and there is a lot of mucking around with formating afterwards because these two things aren't quite right.
