Exporting data from TourCMS

Hi, I have a question regarding exporting data from TourCMS. We have information on tours in the next month, availability, etc. in the database - is it possible to export that data so that we can, say, put in our enews a block with "x places left on xyz tour". I am not sure if I formulate the question correctly - please let me know if you need more clarification. Also if this is not possible now - is it on the list of things to do?

Hi Hasmik,
You can output a file that contains this information, alternatively if you want to just check some manually that information would be visible in "Dates & Prices" for the tour, or I believe also if you carry out a staff-made booking in TourCMS.

To create the file you would probably use a new "Single Page Template" in "Website Manager" inside TourCMS. There's info explaining the TourCMS template tags on the webdesign page or if you'd like I can post some sample code, just let me know the format you want including filetype (HTML, XML, CSV for Excel...) and whether it should be all tours or just a few.
