We are very interested in TourCMS, and are right now testing the software to see if it can fit our needs.
But we are have problems setting up the hotel function.
How do define that we have E.G. 10 standard rooms and 10 Superior rooms - the 3rd of mar and only 5 of each the 4th of MAR.? (the issue is that we have our own guesthouse)
How do we merge 2 products into one booking example: an arrival package, containing 2 nights accommodation and an airport transfer - In this case the booked room needs to be removed from the list of available rooms (listed above)

Welcome to the forums.
Multiple hotel rooms

You could create one of each type of room, load dates and prices and get everything on that room set up as you like ("Edit rates by date band" if possible to speed things up").
You could then use the "Copy setup from" box to create the other 10.
Finally you would just need to go into rooms that are unavailable on certain dates and (again using "Edit rates by date band" if possible) and tick the "Off sale" box.
Two products on one booking
----------------------------------
Once a booking has been made (either via the online booking engine, or staff made) you can add on additional components under the "Product" tab in the booking ("Add Tour", "Add Option" etc). These items can optionally have prices, costs, suppliers etc configured on them (either when you set them up or after adding them to the booking).
