For users of the TourCMS tour operator ecommerce platform

I often switch bookings to 'stop auto emails being sent' in the docs & comms tab. When I do, I cant manually send any other template emails from the Docs & comms tab after I've sent the confirmed email.

If the booking is left to automatically send emails, it works fine.

If it's not showing up currently under "Docs & Comms", it sounds like something we should tweak.

Not ideal, but one workaround would be to load the template in "Configuration & Setup" > "Booking templates (email)" and then you can send it by going to "Advanced note entry (send via email)" on a booking.

As I say, not ideal as it requires having the same template twice, but might work in a pinch for now.

Thanks Paul. Works as a workaround. Would be good to have it tweaked though.
