Hi

How do we setup a tour with multiple elements - we have E.G a tour called The Original Thailand - http://www.visitbeyond.com/trips/all-trips-in-thailand/the-original...

It consist of a minivan - accmmodation at several places - attractions and guided tours on route -

How do we set up the different parts so the accounting gets correct in regards of the multiple suppliers

And how can our reservation staff control the different tours?

For this you need to make a fundamental decision - how much of the component breakdown are you going to show your end customer?

If they are going to see all the components (but not the costs to you) then you can use options to recreate the elements. Each can add a value to the sale price letting the customer build up a price depending upon what they choose to book.

We are working on the capability to add a component to a booking that would not be visible to the consumer (but would be visible to your suppliers). This would permit you to add components behind the scenes in order to replicate your accounting requirements but without exposing he package complexity to your customers. Does that sound like it would help you?
