In-resort / mobile information - Feedback welcome

Hi all,

Would be great to get some feedback on this.

Currently there are some popular reports in TourCMS for displaying "Arrivals", "Departures" and "In resort" type information. The sort of thing

We are considering making this information easier for you to access on mobile devices, designed for Tour leaders. Thee type information this might include:

Access to "In resort" type booking summary lists for particular dates
Click through to booking details
Click through to customer details (name, contact details, emergency contacts etc)

Some questions:

Would you find this live information being easily accessible from a mobile device useful?
Would there be any other information you would like to make available in this way?
If booking information was limited to booking status, product details, notes made "visible to tour leader" and the customer record limited to contact details would that be sufficient? Or would you need more granular control on who could see what?

Any feedback or suggestions much appreciated.

Based on our current business model, most likely we would not use these features.

Good afternoon Paul,

I would like to see new bookings etc on mobile device (I do now nowadays but it is quite slow). Also I would want to browse and do some mutations (send confirmation etc.). It will be quite expensive and time consuming I suppose to have extensive access to all the booking data?

In the future we will certainly use this funtionality.
Any plans for taking in online bookings on mobile devices?

Paul,
we use arrivals and especially weekly arrivals constantly.
I am formatting and printing out those essential reports for our guides as they do not have internet access at tour departure.

will those report require the same (combersome) login into tourcms. that would be difficulyt from a mobile.
I would like to be able to forward a link of the report accesible via mobile to te guide, or have an area with limited access for the guides just to access this specific report (our guides do not have login access to tourcms)
