Questions about TourCMS

Hello,
I am starting up a holidays company and I was wondering if TourCMS
does what I want. I already created a free trial account and I added 2 hotels with rooms and rates.
My company works as follows:
- I have different destination (such as Egypt, Tunisia, etc.)
- Each country is further divided into its relevant cities
- Each city has its own hotel, in which I have an allotment of a
specific number of rooms
- There will be a cancellation fee according to when the person
cancels his booking


What I need to do is the following:
- I will create my frontend
- I need to be able to let the user to search for the hotel in the
destination of his choice from your database
- Once the user books a room, it should be deducted from the total
number of available rooms
- If there are no rooms available in a hotel, then it should not
come out in the search results.
- I will sell using White Label

When I went through the TourCMS with my account, I was able to add rooms but
not allotments. Also I didn't find a place/option where I can search for the
hotels already loaded, I could only get the link for the booking to be done
from. I want the user to search from my website for the hotels from your
database.
