Hello Alex,
In TourCMS we now have quite a few automatic e-mails, which is nice and very convenient. But I am missing an automatic e-mail to suppliers. In real life it still happens that an order is confirmed by a suplier but somehow not processed properly and thus leading to miscommunication. A small reminder few days before arrival might do some good. Good idea?

Yes - lots of automatic emails now in the channel manager - but those are designed for customers / agents - rather than suppliers....... guess we need the same concept but for supplier facing emails!

Probably the most safe way would be to trigger these types of supplier e-mails from within the booking. Some suppliers we do not want to "bother" with these reminders and some we absolutely do.
