Hi Alex
Just wondering if there is a library of all tokens or such.
I have scoured the forum and re-read the RTF Document to see if I can find the simplest of all tokens - the "primary customers 1st name" as we are a friendly bunch and find Mr Jones way to formal.

Ah - we have a rather funky (not exactly business English but hopefully you will excuse me) way of solving that problem
There is a mechanism to do "dear text" - this can be set to "Dear FIRSTNAME" - so you can send emails that are much more personal
And on individual customer records - you can override the default - so you can say "Hey how are you doing Jim" rather than "Dear Jim" - should you really want to :)
