For users of the TourCMS tour operator ecommerce platform

I need help!!!!

I have 2 options set up as follows:

Option1 20th Dec - 04th Jan
Option2 5th Jan - 13th Feb

So when a customer enters their tour dates the appropriate option will appear. However, when the customer enters a tour that overlaps ie 1st Jan - 8th Jan they have both options to choose from.

I would like always to have one option. The one that the start date of the tour falls on.

Am I missing something really simple???

Hi Andy,
As long as your two Options are set to "Take price & availability from tour / booking" Start Date (in the "Advanced" section of their Setup pages) it should work exactly as you want.

Should being the key word as there was a slight bug introduced in the last TourCMS update which could cause this not to work correctly. This has now been fixed and is working again correctly, please post back if it's not for you and I can take a look at your setup.
