Tour Review with TourCMS?
One of the web projects I am looking at implementing is a Tour Review function on each tour. I believe that this would increase conversion and improve SEO.
Has anyone had any experience of using customer reviews on their website? If so do you have any suggestions of third party solutions or scripts that would work well with TourCMS.
I have looked at Power Review Express but this seems very US centric and geared towards product retail sites.
Any advice would be great.

Hi Neil
Part of a master plan is being able to automate a post travel email (you can send now, just manually to both find the right bookings and send the email). In that post travel email should be a few questions - which, if you wish, you could feed answers (e.g. reviews) back into a TourCMS field
Then you would be able to use the CMS to put those reviews on your site (and elsewhere)
Of course, we haven't actually built that yet - but its on our list - so you can see our intention. No I don't have a timeline! :)

It's not urgent and if that is functionality you are looking at in the long term I will just hang on until then as it is probably easier than adding in a third party review system.

We went ahead with using Power Review Express, which has proven to be excellent so far.

Alternatively you can view the live reviews on our website - http://www.macsadventure.com
The software includes an auto email functionaility, you just upload bookings, do a bit of manipulation and customer gets a email asking for a review a couple of days after returning from their holiday.
