TourCMS set-up
Hi everyone
We are a South African based Tour operator and book local accommodation and tours.
Our clientele mostly consists of agents, therefor I would like to set-up TourCMS to include the agent commission % of every booking in the invoice. I am aware of the tokens but when I go to the "money" tab in the booking it states 0% comm even though I did create a commission scheme for it.
Please would someone advise on this? I'd also like to know when making a new booking in TourCMS, what is the differnece between a tour & a hotel? As all I need is to insert the start and end date.

Hi Celeste,
From a quick look I think the only problem is that you haven't got a "Commission type" connected to your products, all you need to do is go into "Tours/Hotels" then for each product that should be commissionable go to "Setup" then the "Money" tab and set the "Agent Commission".
We have a tutorial on commission, but hopefully you just need to do the above.
The system is very flexible in that you can have different product groups with different commission levels and vary that by agent group - the only downside of that is there's a few extra steps to get everything going if you only have a very simple commission set up.
