For users of the TourCMS tour operator ecommerce platform
Here's a quick summary of our business hours over the next two weeks for the holiday season.
During the following dates, we'll be offering a limited support service:
Tuesday 24th Open
Wednesday 25th Closed
Thursday 26th Closed
Friday 27th Open
Monday 30th Open
Tuesday 31st Open (until 3pm GMT)
Wednesday 1st Closed
Thursday 2nd Open
Friday 3rd Open
Monday 6th Back to normal
On the days we’re open, we will:
- answer email that looks high priority or urgent relating to account issues (send it to: firstname.lastname@example.org)
- be checking the forums from time to time
Please note that response times during this period may be slightly longer than usual.
- be available by phone (except on the emergency line in a true emergency!).
This is because all TourCMS staff will be working remotely rather than in the office.
The dates we are closed are all UK public holidays, but even on our ‘closed’ days, we will be keeping an eye on the inbox.
Additionally we will continue to ensure the system is fully up and operational throughout the festive season.
