Hi Alex

We are beavering away here nicely with the bookings coming in.  For the start of the year I have a very hands on involvement with the bookings.  There are a couple of us that share the role at present.

Something that would be very handy would be to be able to see the other users own set flags.  What we find is that we end up creating multiple reminder flags that are days apart if another user has recently had an involvement with a booking.

It would be great if you could quickly view, all future flags set for a booking, including flags set by a user for themself.

Hi, this is how we work too and thank you, we will find your adjustment very helpful. I know not quite the same issue but it would be equally helpful to have on the home page all latest bookings and enquiries generated as we are all hands on here and nobody owns anything! I do appreciate you can go into latest bookings, enquiries etc for a list, so you may not wish to do this, but the home page view last bookings view is handy and at the moment for us only gives some of the picture rather than the whole one.

The homepage listing are meant to be little reminders - so you "come across" a new booking rather than go seek it. Will look into making it more general - or having a setting to make that so - as currently it is - as you say - your bookings - not all bookings.

Its coming - Dev is done and tested - will be there the weekend if not before (eek, sorry for the early setting of expectations, it was unintentional)

Hi Alex, great thanks. Is there any way we can change the default view so we can save time on a page load, I would prefer to see Everyones Active Flags as the first option.

In addition it would be good if we can delete the other persons active flags to save doubling up on time. For example if a booking confirms and you see a reminder flag set then we can delete the reminder flag, or same if a booking cancels or if you have handled the reason the flag was set etc.
Introduced a new concept in the next release - interesting flags

This is your own flags - as well as everyone eles's - but not their automated ones (but includes your automated ones). This is the default.

In testing I quite like it - but I say that about all sorts before it goes live!

What I just noticed is we still cant see another persons own set future flags and delete if required.

For example if A sets a future flag and the customer calls and B deals with it, it would be good if at the same time B can delete all unnecessary flags saving A time when the flag comes to date which is now redundant.

The Flags are still working inefficiently.

We need to be able to see any system and non-system set flags for any user, i.e. all flags.

If we could also see all system set flags for all users the person dealing with the booking at the time could delete all unnecessary flags for other users which would greatly improve double handling.

An example is where one user sets a flag for another and in between time the client calls back the flag needs to be put back or is redundant.

The way it is set at the moment is we cant see future flags of others only live ones.
