What if main booker is not part of the travellers

Good morning,

Suppose someone books a tour but does not go along with the tour himself. How to deal with this situation?

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hi Alex,

Quite important is that on the main booking page there is the total Customers (that is strictly taken not correect). If this would say Customes x and Staff y is would be more clear. Now you have to go to customers tab to check if bus drivers are already booked in.

is it possibe to make a token for customer total exluding the staff (e.g. %customers_ns_total%)? regards Luit

An update on this old conversation

If you go to a booking record (with at least 2 customers on) you can now make the lead customer non travelling. That will keep them on the booking but the customer numbers etc reflect that they are not actually on the trip
