Hi Celeste, From a quick look I think the only problem is that you haven't got a "Commission type" connected to your products, all you need to do is go into "Tours/Hotels" then for each product that should be commissionable…

TourCMS set-up

Hi everyoneWe are a South African based Tour operator and book local accommodation and tours.Our clientele mostly consists of agents, therefor I would like to set-up TourCMS to include the agent commission % of every booking in the invoice. I am aware of the tokens but when I go to the "money" tab in the booking it states 0% comm even though I did create a commission scheme for it. Please would someone advise on this?
