I have looked at this and, er, its a bug.
Turns out you have deleted one of the options..... so we now can't recalculate what the commission SHOULD be (vs what is set against the old booking). This is a scenario we should…"

It looks like you are in the booking (locking it out so I can only get "read" access to it) if you could reply back when you are out of the booking I can take a look for you.
