Using TOUR CMS for Tailor Made Tours

Hi,We mainly offer private tours and have a large number of tours on offer (all of which are fully customisable). However, we only have 2 guides. As such when both our guides are booked no other tours are available.I would like to set it up so the customer can get a quote for a private tour and also ensure that there is availability (each tour is priced slightly differently so was thinking I could use options for this?).  The tour could be for one or more days. Is there a way for me to do this…See More

Dear Gordon,

First of all, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Birgit Wagemakers. I am a fourth year student at the university of applied sciences specialist in tourism, in Breda The Netherlands.

Currently I am in the final phase of my study where I do research for the travel company Actief in Tsjechië.

Through these surveys, I want to figure out what the strengths and weaknesses of TourCMS are and what the capabilities of the system are to process data in order optimise internal business processes.

Filling in this survey will take 4 to 8 minutes. If you are interested in the results of this survey you can leave your email address in the suggestions/comments (last question in the survey), and I will send you the results afterwards.

The link below takes you to the survey:

Thank you very much for you time.

With kind regards,

Birgit Wagemakers
