Dates & Prices API Calls

Hi,We are using the Dates & Prices API call using the .NET API wrapper and we've noticed that when we make a call to a tour that uses quantity pricing the main price is always 0. I have attached a screen shot of two tours: tourID 315 uses normal pricing and has the main_price node populated correctly. TourID 460 using quantity based pricing and the main_price node is populated with 0 but should be £260    (the extra_rates are populated correctly however). Is there a reason for the main_price…See More

"Hi Graeme, The thinking behind this is that "half day" would be displayed to customers and the "1" (calculated) would be for a developer to know programatically that an item happened during a single day rather than being…"

Duration value from Show Tour API call

Hi, Is it possible for the duration value to come back as a fraction when using the Show Tour API call. I have seen a few tours with a duration of 1 but with the duration description field saying "half day". Is this just a problem with the data of the entered for the tour itself or is it just not possible to have fraction for duration. Cheers,GraemeSee More

FAIL_SIG returned when using .NET API

Hi, I've just started to get to grips with the Marketplace API and I'm using the .NET client library. I have followed all the set-up instructions but when I call the Rate Limit Status I always get the FAIL_SIG response. I have tried the test harness and this returns correctly so I'm assuming that the MarketPlace is set-up correctly and running. I have also checked the access logs and requests and response are logged for both the the Test Harness and my code. Has anyone had this issue when using…See More
