"Thing to note is IF your email stops sending, don't worry, you won't lose email (it is queued). Just unset the settings and they will go again. "

"Hi Luis Any email sent from your account will then route via that SMTP email service. You can also add your own office SMTP email service if you have one (you will do). This makes emails sent from TourCMS and emails sent from you directly, unable to…"

Hiwe are considering to use Send grid as recommended in the configuration panel. However, before I sign in I prefer to ask if this recommendation is still valid today and if we should expect a significant reduction with spam. Does this work if we send 2 emails per reservation, one to customer and one to provider?ThanksLuisSee More

"If you go to bookings - advanced search - you can search by those without final check (as you say, requires manual work) Right now the other focus is showing who has been redeemed rather than checked....... humm - let me think about this"

Hiwe use a lot the "arriving soon" section in the booking tab to see if there is work to carry out on any booking (besides setting flags, etc.) It would be very useful to get in the "arriving soon" tab a field or different colour  to highlight that a booking has not yet received the "Final check" from staff.Is there a way to get this included? I know in the search tab we can get it done but it meas running queries everyday for this purposeThanksLuisSee More

Dear Luis,

First of all, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Birgit Wagemakers. I am a fourth year student at the university of applied sciences specialist in tourism, in Breda The Netherlands.

Currently I am in the final phase of my study where I do research for the travel company Actief in Tsjechië.

Through these surveys, I want to figure out what the strengths and weaknesses of TourCMS are and what the capabilities of the system are to process data in order optimise internal business processes.
