This is a must! My client's feel PDF's are more secure; they don't want their customers to edit the documents. The presentation is better and reader is accessible for cross platforms.

Hi Michelle Chances are you are have done everything right except perhaps complete the content fields (tour names, descriptions, images) that are also required to get product to be exposed by the API. To tell this go to the Marketplace section…

API Retuns No Results

Hi, We recently upgraded to a paying account.  We have tours set up with dates in future.  I'm using the API via simplexml per the examples given in the documentation.  I can connect to the TourCMS but when I call either of the following functions and print results it says NO MATCHING DATA.  I assume it should return any tours even if only has future dates.  Any insight?  Thanks! $result = $tourcms->list_tours($channel_id);$result = $tourcms->search_tours('', $channel_id); Michelle :)See More

If anyone reads this in the future then bear in mind this relates to adding accommodation options onto a tour - not an accommodation based booking that has tours/activities added to it....

Hotel Accommodations

I am new to TourCMS.  I am trying to add options for a Tour where the user can select whether they want a single, double, tripple or sharred room accomodation.  1)   I added Accommodation as Option to my Tour product, but didn't see any difference in the Booking form.  2)  I created a Hotel product, but I don't want them to choose dates or hotels.  3)  I've added some custom fields using a link labeled "Add your own custom data collection fields - per customer or per booking" but they do not…See More
