Hi Alex,    I think first name and last name would be a good starting point. There are so many variables with address that if they were entered slightly differently it might not pick it up. Also many enquiries do not have an address, just…

Hi, and can we also have a 'preview' email for these website email templates?  I know they are only set up once in theory, but it would still be helpful - thanks, Anne-Marie

Hi Neil That is correct. They also won't send where there is a zero balance (even if balance not set to fully paid) Thanks. Alex

Balance due emails

I see balance due emails (soon, now, overdue) have appeared in the website manager. I presume that they will not be sent to bookings where full balance is set to fully paid? Just wanted to double check as it is not explicitly stated.  CheersNeilSee More

You can now hard code a lead in price if you don't like the automated lead in price generated by TourCMS !

Hi Alex,    You have it pretty much covered.    As suggested earlier would be good to be able to send it a few days before the balance is due.    Cheers Neil

We have just updated our Simple Ajax enquiry form library so that it passes the opt out field correctly. If you have used that code to build forms already then all you need to do is download the latest version (v3), replace easyajaxenquiry.php with…

Hi Neil, I'm Janet from Forster Safaris in Tanzania. I hope you don't mind being contacted... it's just I see you had asked the same question about Quantity based pricing as I have.... I wondered if there has been a solution or whether you had to change your pricing structure?

I am just getting to grips with Tourcms so I am stressing about it!! By the way, I am also using Dojo Design in Glasgow who I believe built your site..which is great!! It made me feel very homesick when I saw your tours .....I'm from Newcastle... the only Geordie in Arusha at the moment I think :)

Anyway.... thanks for reading this

Cheers

Janet
