Email chasing train
I am pretty sure Tourcms can do this but before I start digging has anyone got Tourcms set up like this1. Customer enquires = office rep replies with details and sets follow up dates2. 1 week later customer gets auto email from tourcms that is relevant to the product the service they enquired about3. 3 weeks later a further auto email goes out asking if they are still interested in product service etcThis goes on until you get a yes or no from the customer.
