We also have a lot of agent enquiries, much of it which is general at first without mention of a specific client...On TourCMS, i can only make customer enquiries and follow up on that... How can I deal with AGENT enquiries, so that the email I write goes directly to the agent (main contact) and I can track how many enquiries the agent made and how many converted etc... one way I guess is to deal with the Agent contact as a customer, but that is not too accurate right?RajSee More

First of all, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Birgit Wagemakers. I am a fourth year student at the university of applied sciences specialist in tourism, in Breda The Netherlands.

Currently I am in the final phase of my study where I do research for the travel company Actief in Tsjechië.

Through these surveys, I want to figure out what the strengths and weaknesses of TourCMS are and what the capabilities of the system are to process data in order optimise internal business processes.
