Website manager options in between Step 1 and 2?

In our usability tests we're finding the "Basket -Summary" page in between step 1 and 2 a little confusing. That's the page where you need to clicck "Continue" or add another room I see in TourCMS…Continue

Hi, I have the gender field set to "required" inHomepage > Website manager > Step 3 - Customer information.However, it only has 2 selections: "male" and "female", and it defaults to "male".
