Hi Alex,

Good to meet you. I am a developer and I've worked on integrating our clients software with the TourCMS API.

Overall, it works well however recently we are seeing more and more failures when connecting to your API, specifically very slow response times when confirming a booking.

Our next step is to to re-try submitting a booking in intervals such as 5, 10 and 15 minutes. 

Would this be OK to do from your point of view? I could try smaller intervals but I assume that the system is busy and therefore this is causing the slow response times we are seeing and so there's no point trying them immediately after a failure.

Any recommendations you have in relation to this would be welcome, thank you.
