31st May - New release - Language foundations laid and lots of tweaks

Phew - this has been quite a release.

Bookings

- Within the staff booking process, you can now, in a single screen, see 6 months worth of availability at one time (of tour departures).

- On an individual booking - you can now edit the Misc. ID. This is an ID you can use to track within a specific agent setting (for example for a specific keyword group on a PPC campaign - or perhaps an individual within an agency). This Misc. ID isn't new, but the ability to edit it… Continue

21st May - New release - Mainly a few tweaks and a new departure manifest

New release went live overnight......

Online booking

You can now edit the text for start and end date..... accommodation companies tend to use arrival date / departure date instead. This text is carried through into your documentation tokens.

On the first screen of the booking process you can now show the number of spaces remaining. On a table this is an extra column. On the calendar view this is in the text you see when you hover you mouse over the book… Continue

15th May - Snag week release #1

We are now half way through snag week (where we promised to sort out lots of little tweaks that have been suggested by everyone).

The first half of the week focussed on the booking engine (as this is what most of our tweak requests are about)

9th May 08 - PayPal released!

Good news.... we have now completed the integrated PayPal credit card payment system.

2 TourCMS customers have tested the integration and made successful payments (Thanks guys!)

5th May - New release - Improved payment reconciliation

New release that went live over the bank holiday weekend.....

There is a new MONEY main section within TourCMS. Within this section you can

* Easily reconcile sales ledger payments (made by agents or customers) (rather than reconciling within each booking).

* See overdue final balances (and bookings where no deposits have been received)
