System update - 9th July - UI fixes

A few changes gone live last night - mainly around the way TourCMS looks.

Functionality removed!

It isn't often we announce the removal of functionality but tour classes and allotments have been fully removed as part of this release. I won't go into what they were - however we have new functionality coming very soon that replaces what they did - but in a very different way. No one was using that functionality anyway.....
