Quick release to improve two reports

Departure report

* Now has rate breakdown in the grey bar.

Arrivals report

* NEW - a quick summary of who is arriving on any particular date.... for both freesale and departure tours. Should be useful for those wanting a quick "document" to print out and check that the correct people have arrived.

17th July - New release - More customer fields, more booking engine tweaks!

Pretty big release gone live today and in the last few days

Online booking engine

* New language - Australian.....

* County / State dropdown - you can now make the county / state a dropdown rather than just text entry.

* Financial summary note - you can add a note below the financial summary - and also a token in the right column. We see this being used to state to your customers what payment value is owned now (i.e. the deposit value)
