Per Person Double Occupancy

Ok, So I am new here. Our tour company sells most rooms at the "per person Double Occupancy" rate, so we actually book per room. For instance, our Piemonte trip is $3800 ppdo, and $4800 for a single. On our current web site, we have two products, one for $7600 (two people in a room), and one for $4800 (one person in a room). Best I can tell (I AM new here), the current TourCMS system allows people to book (and then pay for) one person in a room at $3800, thereby allowing people to buy something we do not actually sell.

Any ideas on what I am missing?

Coming very very soon (i.e. in the next 10 days) is hotel product capability in TourCMS. This will handle room level pricing exactly as you describe. If you can hold off until then that would be great (and it will solve your problem)

without the hotel function, Tour CMS doesn't work for us at all, so I can't even start trying the system, let alone use it!

Been away for 2 weeks to Thailand. This week focussing on changes to the online booking engine (making extra fields possible to be added). After that we are working on hotel functionality (which includes room level pricing). The specification is written and it looks great..... we estimate it at about 5 days work..... so really we are going to just do that - and not do anything but hotel functionality for an entire week.....

We are awake here - and working all hours. Thanks for your patience.
